Exhibition: Design for all? Diversity as the Norm at Museum für Gestaltung Zürich
Jordan Whitewood-Neal (he/him) is an architectural researcher, designer, and educator working at the intersections of architectural history, design pedagogy, and critical disability studies. Jordan’s teaching has centred around the Design Think Tank module at the London School of Architecture from 2022 to 2025, addressing disability in relation to retrofit, cultural infrastructure of the night, and the form and economics of housing. His research focuses on the relationship between disability, eugenics, utopia and citizenship. He is currently the Guest Editor at The Avery Review and recently joined the PhD programme at the Bartlett School of Architecture. In 2022 he co-founded disability-led research collective Dis with James Zatka-Haas, exploring disability, crip storytelling, and the built environment. In 2026 he became a Mayors Design Advocate.
